These terms and conditions (the "Terms") set out the basis on which you will be provided with laser hair removal treatment/services arranged by Epilaze Laser Clinic (the "Clinic"). Please read them carefully and contact us if you require clarification before signing the treatment record consent form.
1. Pricing and Payments
Our prices are available upon request. Please contact us for the exact cost of your treatments. Prices will always be confirmed before any treatment begins.
For courses of laser hair removal treatments, a non- refundable 25% booking fee is required at the time of booking a course, with the remaining balance payable on the first session of the course.
2. What is Included in the Price
The fixed price for your treatment includes:
- The cost of laser hair removal treatment as agreed with the therapist or Epilaze Laser Clinic.
- All required consumables for carrying out the treatment.
- Any post-treatment advice provided by your therapist.
3. What is Not Included in the Price
The following items are not included in the fixed price and may incur additional charges:
- The cost of any additional or unscheduled treatments.
- Any specialised products or services that may be required following treatment (e.g, aftercare products).
- Transport costs if arranged by Epilaze Laser Clinic at your request.
4. Cancellation, Postponement & Rescheduling
Appointments cannot be rescheduled or postponed within 48 hours of the scheduled time - No exceptions.
- If you cancel your package or any individual session, the booking fee is non-refundable.
- If you fail to attend an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the booking fee will not be refunded.
- For clients on a course or package, any missed, cancelled, postponed or rescheduled sessions within 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee being charged to your account, if the 50% fee isn’t paid within 48 hours you will forfeit a session and it will be deducted from your remaining sessions. Any deducted sessions may be purchased again at the initial price paid up until the next session due date set by the therapist.
5. Complications and Refund Policy
While Epilaze Laser Clinic and its therapists strive to ensure the highest quality of service, no clinical procedure, including laser hair removal, is entirely risk-free.
- No refunds will be issued for complications arising from the treatment, including but not limited to skin irritation, scarring, pigmentation changes or burns provided that aftercare instructions have been followed.
- If complications arise that are directly related to the treatment, you may be asked to attend a follow-up consultation & patch test. Any further treatments required will be at your own cost unless deemed necessary as part of the original treatment plan.
6. Payment Terms
- A booking fee is required at the time of booking any laser hair removal session/course/package.
- Booking fee total may differ depending on what booking is made.
- The remaining balance is due on the first session of the course.
- If payments are not received as outlined, Epilaze Laser Clinic reserves the right to cancel your treatment.
7. What Happens If You Decide to Cancel or Postpone Your Treatment
If you decide not to proceed with your treatment or postpone the date of your appointment, you will lose your booking fee.
If you choose to cancel the treatment after the first session of the course, you will be required to pay for the treatments that have already taken place, and no further sessions will be refunded or rescheduled.
8. Therapist Status
Epilaze Laser Clinic operates with self-employed therapists who provide laser hair removal treatments. The Clinic is a facilitator, meaning we arrange the treatments, but the therapists are not employees of the Clinic. Epilaze Laser Clinic will not be liable for any act or omission of a therapist. The responsibility for the care you receive lies with the self-employed therapist providing the service. Epilaze Laser Clinic always ensure the therapists hold the relevant indemnity cover.
9. Liability
Epilaze Laser Clinic and its therapists are not liable for any third-party actions, issues, or claims related to your care. By agreeing to the Terms, you acknowledge that Epilaze Laser Clinic is not liable for any adverse effects or complications that may occur as a result of the treatments provided.
10. Contract and Consent
By signing the Post Treatment Consent Form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time, and any new terms will apply to any new treatment you receive.
11. Additional Terms
- Health Information: You are required to provide accurate and complete health information. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your treatment.
- Medical History Changes: If there are any changes to your health or medical history, you must inform the Clinic immediately.
Course Appointments - Failure to attend two consecutive appointments without providing prior notice will result in the cancellation of all remaining sessions in your course. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for missed or unused sessions.
- Aftercare Responsibility: It is your responsibility to follow all aftercare advice provided by the therapist to avoid complications.
12. Gift Vouchers and Promotions
- Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and must be used by the expiry date printed on the voucher.
- Promotional Offers: Any promotional offers or discounts must be redeemed within the specified timeframe and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
13. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Epilaze Laser Clinic complies with the UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). All personal information provided during your consultation and treatment will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
